摘要
呕吐毒素(DON)是饲料原料中最为常见的霉菌毒素之一,DON污染给畜牧业生产带来了极大经济损失。大量研究表明,DON进入动物机体后,会造成不同程度的损伤,而畜产品中残留和积累的DON一旦进入人体后,对人类健康也会造成危害。结合近年来国内外相关研究进展,综述了DON的中毒机制,以及相关防治措施,旨在为饲料生产及畜禽健康养殖提供一些理论支持和依据。
Deoxynivalenol is one of the most common mycotoxins in feed materials,which causes serious pollution to crops and livestock and poultry feed,and brings great economic losses to livestock production.A large number of studies have shown that deoxynivalenol will cause different degrees of damage after entering the animal body.The residual and accumulated deoxynivalenol in animal products can also cause harm to human health once they enter the human body.In this paper,the poisoning mechanism of deoxynivalenol and related prevention and control measures were reviewed,which could provide theoretical support and basis for feed production and healthy breeding of livestock and poultry.
