摘要
运用内容分析法与文献资料法,以“2W1H”为结构分析脉络,基于体育产业高质量发展的研究热点,从体育产业高质量发展的基本认知、内涵界定、历史基础、现实考量、理论依据,发展困境、影响因素分析及路径选择等方面形成综述及展望。研究表明,在“什么是高质量发展(What)”上,已有研究从概念界定、标志特征、哲学意蕴、发展思路和价值追求等多维度进行理解;在“为何提出高质量发展(Why)”上,高质量发展思想的形成和推进,基于我国体育产业发展的历史基础,现实需求及理论基础的经验借鉴;在“如何推进高质量发展(How)”上,学界则从政府推动产业结构转型、体育消费需求的创新驱动、以自然环境可持续发展的理念引导与实践等方面进行分析,从而探究路径选择。结果:体育产业从高速向高质量发展转型,需要进行系统性地思考,应以新的发展理念为方向,不仅要转变发展方式,还要进行体制和机制的创新,最终体现为新的制度安排,走现实而极具特色的道路,用诸多长效的方式来满足人民日益增长的体育文化需求。
This study uses the content analysis method and systematic literature review,takes“2W1H”as the structural analysis context,and is based on the research hotspots of high-quality development of the sports industry,from the basic cognition,connotation definition,historical basis,and reality of the high-quality development of the sports industry.Consideration,theoretical basis,development dilemma,analysis of influencing factors and path selection are summarized and prospected.The research shows that:on“what is high-quality development(What)”,existing studies have understood it from multiple dimensions such as concept definition,symbolic features,philosophical implications,development ideas and value pursuit;On“Why Propose High-Quality Development(Why)”,the formation and promotion of the idea of high-quality development is based on the historical foundation of the development of my country's sports industry,the practical needs and the experience of the theoretical basis;In terms of“how to promote high-quality development(How)”,the academic community should analyze from the aspects of the government’s promotion of industrial structure transformation,the innovative drive of sports consumption demand,and the guidance and practice of the concept of sustainable development of the natural environment,so as to explore the path selection.Finally,it is concluded that the transformation of the sports industry from high-speed to high-quality development requires systematic thinking,and should take new development concepts as the direction.Institutional arrangements,take a realistic and distinctive road,and use many long-term ways to meet the growing needs of the people for sports culture.
