摘要
目的探讨基于柯式模型构建消毒供应中心专科护士规范化培训效果评价指标体系构建。方法以柯式模型理论为指导,采用德尔菲专家咨询法,对专家进行两轮询函问卷调查,分析专家对CSSD专科护士规范化培训效果评价体系构建意见。结果在两轮专家询函问卷调查中,专家的积极系数分别为93.33%和100.00%,表明专家积极性较高;本研究专家权威系数为(0.841±0.875),均值为0.857,专家权威系数>0.73,表明本研究所咨询专家均具有权威性和代表性;专家咨询意见和协调系数为0.181~0.231,经检验差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明专家意见和协调程度较好,意见大多都已趋向一致。结论本研究以柯式模型为理论框架,结合专家咨询构建CSSD专科护士培训质量指标体系,通过反应层、学习层、行为层及结果层4个层面评估培训质量的长期性和连续性。其研究过程严谨,在评价指标上科学全面且贴近临床实践,具有较强的可操作性,能够对专科护士规范化培训进行全面有效的评价,能够客观反映出专科护士在规范化培训过程中核心能力的变化,为规范化培训工作提供有效反馈。
Objective To explore the construction of evaluation index system of standardized training effect for specialized nurses in central sterile supply department(CSSD)based on Kirkpatrick Model.Methods Guided by the Theory of Kirkpatrick Model and Delphi expert consultation method,two rounds of questionnaires were conducted among experts to analyze their opinions on the evaluation system of CSSD specialized nurse standardized training effect.Results The positive coefficients of experts were 93.33%and 100.00%,respectively,indicating that the experts'enthusiasm was high.The expert authority coefficient of this study was(0.841±0.875),the mean value was 0.857,and the expert authority coefficient was greater than 0.73,which indicated that the consulting experts of the institute were authoritative and representative.The expert advice and coordination coefficient was 0.181~0.231,which showed that the expert opinion and coordination degree were good,and most of the opinions tended to be consistent.Conclusions Based on the model,the training quality index system of CSSD nurses was constructed with expert consultation,and the long-term and continuity of training quality was evaluated by four levels:reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer.Its research process is rigorous,scientific and comprehensive in evaluation index and close to clinical practice.It has strong maneuverability and can evaluate the standardized training of specialized nurses comprehensively and effectively.It can objectively reflect the change of core competence of specialized nurses in standardized training and provide effective feedback for standardized training.
