摘要
本文介绍了梅钢一炼钢脱硫铁水车及铁包的设计参数,通过分析铁包、倾翻架、液压缸的几何关系,计算出了不同时刻的铁包倾翻角度与液压缸行程的运动学关系,并在Solidworks软件中建模验证两种耐材溶蚀情况下128t铁水的倾翻角度,为大废钢比政策下的钢水包倾翻车安全运行提供理论支撑。
This paper introduces the design parameters of the desulphurised iron ladle and the iron ladle in the first steelmaking plant of Meigang. By analysing the geometric relationship between the iron ladle, the tipping frame and the hydraulic cylinder, the kinematic relationship between the tipping angle of the iron ladle and the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder at different moments is calculated, and the tipping angle of 128 tonnes of iron under the dissolution of two resistant materials is verified by modelling in solidworks software, providing theoretical support for the safe operation of the ladle tipping car under a large scrap ratio policy.
