摘要
9号高炉自2019年实施大修扩容改造后,引入摆动溜槽拨罐出铁技术及嘉恒法渣处理工艺,在双铁口轮流出铁的出铁制度下,随着冶强的提高,总结炉前管理的难点与重点,阐述铁次对炉况的影响,并分析铁炉前管理经验。
After the overhaul and capacity expansion of No. 9 blast furnace in 2019, the swing chute cupping tapping technology and Jiaheng slag treatment process were introduced. Under the tapping system of double taphole tapping in turn, with the improvement of smelting strength, the difficulties and key points of pre furnace management were summarized, the influence of iron number on furnace condition was expounded, and the pre furnace management experience was analyzed.
