摘要
在“双碳”背景下,针对当前工业现场用电在节能管理、用电安全、可供安装空间等方面存在的问题,提出一种集电能计量、远程控制、漏电保护于一体的小型化智能用电管理装置。该装置电路采用单元化设计结构、模块化设计思想,结合物联网、单片机、RS-485通信等技术,并设计相应的软件程序实现其功能。实际安装使用效果表明,该装置性能稳定、安全可靠、实用性强,具有较高的推广价值。
In view of the energy saving management,safe usage of electricity and the availability of installation space under the situation of“dual carbon”,the small intelligent electricity management device is proposed,which has integrated functions of energy measurement,remote control and earth leakage protection.The device circuit adopts the unit design structure,the modular design idea,combined with the Internet of Things,single-chip machine,RS485 communication and other technologies.The corresponding software program is designed to realize its functions.Actual installation shows that the device is stable,safe,reliable and practical,and has high promotion value.
