摘要
针对传统矿灯充电系统存在的通信可靠性弱、监控能力差以及充电矿灯数量受限的问题,提出了基于分布式多总线的矿灯智能充电管理系统设计方案。重点研究了充电管理系统四层结构原理,充电单元、控制单元的硬件、软件设计方案;完成RS485、CAN、TCP/IP通信测试;在晋煤集团完成工业试验。测试及试验结果表明,该矿灯智能充电管理系统通信可靠、监控能力强,可满足约6 000个矿灯充电管理需求;实际应用结果表明,该系统运行安全、稳定,提升了矿灯充电管理效率。
Aiming at the problems of the traditional miner′s lamp charging system such as the poor communication reliability and monitoring capability,and the limited number of miner's lamps,the design scheme of intelligent charging management system for miner′s lamp based on the distributed multi-bus is proposed in this paper.The four-layer structure principle of the charging management system and the hardware and software design scheme for the charging unit and the control unit are mainly studied;then the communication test of RS485,CAN and TCP/IP is completed;and the industrial test is completed in Gushuyuan Mine of Shanxi Jincheng Coal Group.The test and test results show that the intelligent charging management system for miner′s lamp has reliable communication and strong monitoring ability,and can meet the charging management requirements of about 6,000 miner′s lamps.The practical application results show that the system runs safely and stably,and improves the management efficiency of miner′s lamp charging.
