摘要
针对传统的电梯井、风井混凝土浇筑施工存在施工期长,投入大量人力、物力,成品质量差等问题,结合武汉万科金域国际项目,介绍了一种新型集成式筒模施工体系。筒模施工体系在满足现有的国家标准、规范的情况下,省去了烦琐和危险的搭设架体过程,安装便捷,成形后的混凝土质量好,材料可周转使用,降低了造价成本和施工安全风险,提高了施工效率,取得了显著的成效。该技术适用于高层及超高层建筑现浇混凝土电梯井、风井等部位的施工,具有良好的应用前景。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional concrete pouring construction of elevator shaft and air shaft,such as long construction period,large amount of manpower and material resources,poor quality of finished products and so on,combined with Wuhan Vanke Jinyu international project,a new type of integrated cylinder formwork construction system is introduced.Under the condition that the cylinder formwork construction system meets the existing national standards and specifications,the cumbersome and dangerous erection process is omitted,the installation is convenient,the formed concrete is of good quality,and the materials can be reused,which reduces the cost and construction safety risks,improves the construction efficiency,and achieves remarkable results.The technology is applicable to the construction of cast-in-place concrete elevator shaft and air shaft in high-rise and super high-rise buildings,and has a good application prospect.
