摘要
公元前121年夏,霍去病西征匈奴,由北地郡出发,经钧耆水、居延水、小月氏而攻祁连山、鱳得。其中的居延在过去一般被解释为内蒙古额济纳旗居延泽,而霍去病攻河西匈奴没必要绕道居延泽,所以学术界遂将霍去病所攻的祁连山解释为东天山。然霍去病西征经过的五个地名,即钧耆水、居延水、小月氏、祁连山、鱳得,有三个都可见于居延和悬泉发现的里程简中,从中可以看出居延实际在甘肃省景泰县境内。结合史书记载,可知霍去病行军路线为北地郡(治今甘肃环县东南马岭镇)→钧耆水(具体位置不详)→居延水/居延置(今甘肃景泰县境内)→小月氏(位处今甘肃武威与甘肃张掖之间)→祁连置/祁连山(今甘肃张掖市南)→鱳得(今甘肃张掖市),从而证实月氏的故地当在河西而非新疆东天山地区,霍去病所攻之祁连山亦在河西而非东天山。
In the summer of 121 BC,Huo Qubing started to conquer the Huns in the West. Starting from Beidi Prefectures,he attacked the Qilian M ountain and Lede through Junqi River,Juyan River,Little Yuezhi. In the past,Juyan w as generally interpreted as Lake Juyan in Ejina,Inner M ongolia.How ever,there is no need for Huo Qubing to bypass Lake Juyan to attack the Huns in Hexi( the w est part of Yellow River). Therefore,the academic circles interpreted the Qilian M ountain attacked by Huo Qubing as the East Tianshan M ountain. How ever,three of the five places passed by Huo Qubing ’s w estern expedition,w hose names are Junqi River,Juyan River,Little Yuezhi,Qilian M ountain and Lede,can be seen in the mileage slips found in Juyan and Xuanquan. Based on this,it can be seen that Juyan is actually in today’s Jingtai County,Gansu Province. Combined w ith historical records,it can be seen that Huo Qubing’s march route is Beidi Prefectures → Junqi River → Juyan River → Little Yuezhi→ Qilian Mountain → Lede,which proves that Yuezhi’s hometown should be in Hexi rather than in East Tianshan region of Xinjiang,and the Qilian M ountain attacked by Huo Qubing is also in Hexi rather than in East Tianshan.
