摘要
根据历史文献并结合地名志资料,通过定性与定量分析相结合的方法,复原出了内蒙古达拉特旗清代较高分辨率的土地垦殖时空过程,并分析了影响土地垦殖进程的诸因素。结果表明:1)清初至道光七年(1827),由于清初的蒙汉隔离政策,康熙西征路线及其造成的物资需求和达拉特旗北部商业发达的原因,达拉特旗垦殖处于私垦阶段,垦殖的重点为北部沿黄河地区。2)道光八年(1828)至光绪二十七年(1901),在内部叛乱的扰乱、内地人口剧增的现实以及蒙地办公经费的紧张等因素的综合作用下,达拉特旗垦殖进入民垦合法阶段,垦殖的重点转移到东北部沿河地区。3)光绪二十八年(1902)至宣统三年(1911),主要由于清末赔教款造成的财政危机,最终使得达拉特旗垦殖步入官垦阶段,垦殖的重点回到北部沿黄河地区,并且南部土山丘陵也成为垦殖的次重点地区。
Basied on some historical document and some data about typonymy,and by using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the higher spatial-temporal resolution ratio for Dalate＇s land reclamation in Qing Dynasty was recovered,and the reasons were analyzed. Results show that：（ 1） From 1644 to 1827 A. D.,the policy of racial segregation for Han Mongolian,the travel road and material request of the Kangxi West Levy Kashgar Dan,and the developed commerce in northern Dalate Banner were the important reasons for the formation of private reclamation,and the emphasis reclamation area was in northern Yellow River area in Dalate Banner.（ 2）From 1828 to 1901 A. D.,because of the disruption of internal rebellion,the explosion of mainland population and the shortage of Dalate Banner office expenses,the private reclamation turned into the legal civil reclamation,and the key reclamation area was in northeastern Yellow River area in Dalate Banner.（ 3） From 1902 to 1911 A. D.,the financial crisis caused by the indemnity for religious cases,as a main reason,caused the reclamation turned into official reclamation,and the first emphasis reclamation area returned to the northern Yellow River area,and the second emphasis reclamation area was in southern hilly region in Dalate Banner.
