摘要
当前,高校中劳动教育与思政教育的融合工作面临现实困境:融合理念存在偏差、融合机制构建虚化、融合平台建设不足、融合氛围营造薄弱等。因此,高校要树立"融合共生"的育人理念,构建"融合共建"的育人机制,打造"融合共享"的育人平台,创设"融合共营"的育人氛围,以推进劳动教育与思政教育融合的可持续发展。
At present,the integration of labor education and ideological and political education in universities is faced with practical difficulties such as deviation of integration concept,integration mechanism construction blur,insufficient integration platform construction and weak integration atmosphere. Therefore,universities should establish the education concept of “integration and symbiosis”,build the education mechanism of “integration and co-construction”,create the education platform of “integration and sharing” and create the education atmosphere of “integration and cooperation” to promote the integration and sustainable development of labor education and ideological and political education.
