摘要
为研究混凝土强度、含钢率等参数对方矩形钢管约束超高强混凝土短柱轴压承载力的影响,并探讨现有承载力计算方法的适用性,采用已验证的有限元模型,对方矩形钢管约束混凝土短柱轴压极限承载力进行参数分析,根据计算结果对现有承载力计算方法开展精度评估,并对承载力计算方法进行了修正。研究发现:随着混凝土强度的提高,套箍力系数相同时,约束效果趋于降低,内填超高强度混凝土构件的约束效果受含钢率、倒角率影响较小;矩形钢管约束混凝土短柱的约束效果随着长短边边长比值的增加而降低;由于混凝土强度提高,约束效果下降,当材料强度超出限定范围时,现有计算方法不能较好地对构件的极限承载力进行预测,所提出的修正公式可对内填超高强混凝土构件的极限承载力作出较好的预测。
In order to study the influence of concrete strength and steel ratio on the axial compressive bearing capacity of a rectangular steel tube confined ultra-high-strength concrete short columns,and to evaluate the applicability of current bearing capacity calculation methods,a validated finite element model is used to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of rectangular steel tube confined concrete short columns under axial compression for parameter study. The accuracy of the current calculation methods is evaluated by comparing the calculation results with test data,and the calculation method of bearing capacity is improved. The study shows that with the increase of concrete strength,the confining action tends to decrease with the same confining force parameters. The confining action of high-strength concrete members is less affected by steel ratio and chamfer ratio. The confining action of short rectangular steel tube columns decreases with the increase of the length ratio of long and short sides. Due to the decrease of confining action with increasing concrete strength and the materials strength exceeds the limitation,the proposed formula can make a better prediction on the ultimate bearing capacity than current calculation method.
