摘要
为研究不同连接形式下圆钢管混凝土构件受弯性能,对整体钢管混凝土试件、套筒连接钢管混凝土试件和套筒灌浆连接钢管混凝土试件的受弯性能进行了拟静力试验,采用三分点加载方式,分析了受弯试件承载力、刚度和延性性能,讨论了连接节点受拉区和受压区应变分布情况。结果表明:采用套筒连接和套筒灌浆连接的圆钢管混凝土构件承载力和延性性能均优于整体钢管混凝土构件,挠度变形曲线符合正弦半波曲线,承载力可按照整体钢管混凝土统一理论计算;与整体钢管混凝土构件相比,采用套筒灌浆连接试件刚度提高,初始刚度和使用阶段刚度均提高15%以上,极限阶段抗弯刚度可提高64.3%;套筒连接钢管混凝土试件中套筒仅起到约束作用,其连接节点可视为铰接点,套筒灌浆连接钢管混凝土试件中套筒、灌浆料和所连接钢管混凝土构成统一整体,共同受力,其节点可视为固接节点。
To study the bending performance of concrete filled circular steel tube( CFST) members in different connection forms,the pseudo static test was performed on the CFST specimens with sleeve connection and steel tube concrete grouting connection though using three point loading method. The flexural bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility of the bending specimens were investigated. The tensile and compressive strain distributions in connections were discussed. The results show that the bearing capacity and ductility of the CFST members connected by sleeve connection and sleeve grouting are better than that of the whole CFST members. The deflection curve conforms to the shape of sinusoidal half-wave. The bearing capacity can be calculated according to the unified theory of the whole CFST members. Compared with the whole CFST members,the stiffness of specimens connected by sleeve grouting increased by more than 15% at the initial and service stages,and the flexural stiffness at the limit stage increased by 64. 3%. In a specimen of CFST connected by sleeve,the sleeve only acts as a constraint,and the joint can be regarded as a hinge. In a specimen of CFST connected by sleeve grouting,the sleeve,the grouting material and the concrete-filled steel tube form a unified whole to resist moment,and the joint can be regarded as a fixed joint.
