摘要
目的 探讨Brunnstrom分期康复护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法 100例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以Brunnstrom分期康复护理,比较两组的肢体运动功能、神经功能、日常生活能力以及并发症发生率。结果 干预后,观察组的上肢评分、下肢评分及FMA总分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的16.00%(P <0.05)。结论 Brunnstrom分期康复护理有助于改善脑梗死患者的肢体运动功能和神经功能,提高患者日常生活能力,降低并发症风险。
Objective To explore the application effect of Brunnstrom staged rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received Brunnstrom staged rehabilitation nursing on the basis of regular nursing.The limb motor function,neurological function,daily living ability and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the upper extremity score,lower extremity score and total FMA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).After intervention,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 2.00%,lower than 16.00% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Brunnstrom staged rehabilitation nursing can help improve the limb motor function,neurological function and daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction,and reduce the risk of complications.
