摘要 随着《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的签订,商品、投资和技术将在RCEP 15个成员国之间自由流动,9成以上的商品进口关税将逐步调整至零,这将对相关成员国的外贸形成巨大的影响。本课题研究综合考虑市场容量、市场开放程度、市场消费能力、地理距离、货运成本等因素,引用并改进贸易引力模型,深入分析2010-2019年中国与RCEP其他成员国之间贸易流量,研究RCEP签署对中国对外贸易的影响,测算中国与RCEP成员国贸易发展的潜力,并最终基于实证提出相应的对策建议。 With the signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership agreement(RCEP),goods, investment and technology will flow freely among the 15 member countries of RCEP,and more than 90% of the import tariffs of goods will be gradually adjusted to zero, which will have a great impact on the foreign trade of relevant member countries.Through comprehensively considering market capacity, market openness, market consumption capacity, geographical distance, freight cost and other factors and referring to and improving the trade gravity model, the study deeply analyzes the trade flow between China and other RCEP member countries from 2010 to 2019,investigates the impact of RCEP signing on China’s foreign trade, calculates the potential of trade development between China and other RCEP member countries, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on empirical evidence.
