摘要
基于国家新型城镇化相关文件、公开发表的部分研究成果、研究靶区新型城镇化发展特征,构建新型城镇化发展评价指标体系;借助分形理论和模型,计算出乌昌石城市群新型城镇化发展的信息维、容量维和多分维谱,以此分析乌昌石城市群新型城镇化发展的空间结构。结果表明,研究区各市县均满足分形并且存在多重分形结构,其中,以乌鲁木齐市和石河子市为核心的城镇组团出现了相似的发展规律。研究区新型城镇化发展水平的空间结构出现层次性分级,用来分析新型城镇化发展空间结构的新型城镇化发展评价指标体系具有较强的可操作性。乌昌石城市群新型城镇化发展的空间结构分析结论与靶区现状有较好的吻合,说明分形理论在开展新型城镇化空间结构研究方面具有较高的使用价值。
Based on the relevant documents of national new urbanization,some published research results and the development characteristics of new urbanization in the research target area,the evaluation index system of new urbanization development was constructed.With the help of fractal theory and model,the information dimension,capacity and multifractal dimension spectrum of the new urbanization development of Urumqi-Changji-Shihezi urban agglomeration were calculated,and the spatial structure of the new urbanization development of Urumqi-Changji-Shihezi urban agglomeration was analyzed.The results showed that all cities and counties in the study area met the fractal requirements and had multifractal structure,among which,Urumqi City and Shihezi City as the core of the town groups appear similar development law.The spatial structure of the development level of the new urbanization in the study area was hierarchical and the evaluation index system used to analyze the spatial structure of the new urbanization development had strong operability.The spatial structure analysis conclusion of the new urbanization development in Urumqi-Changji-Shihezi urban agglomeration group was in good agreement with the status quo of the target area,indicating that the fractal theory had a high application value in the research of the new urbanization spatial structure.
