摘要
长江三角洲地区(简称长三角)经济发展处于由要素驱动向创新驱动转变的关键阶段,协同发展是突破长三角区域产业结构不合理和增长方式粗放等重大瓶颈的必然战略选择。基于长三角城市群2018—2020年面板数据,从创新资源基础、创新能力支撑与创新产出绩效等维度构建长三角城市群科技创新能力测度指标体系,并探讨其科技创新能力时间变动趋势及空间差异状况。研究结果表明:1)从时间序列趋势来看,上海市整体科技创新能力最高,安徽省、浙江省整体科技创新能力处于上升趋势,江苏省整体科技创新能力处于下降趋势;2)从空间聚类分布来看,长三角城市群科技创新能力存在空间正相关性,呈现空间分布集聚倾向,且其空间正相关性逐年增强。
The economic development of Yangtze River Delta is in the key stage of transformation from traditional factor driven to innovation driven.Coordinated development is an inevitable strategic choice to break through major bottlenecks such as unreasonable regional industrial structure and extensive growth mode in Yangtze River Delta.Based on the panel data of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2018 to 2020,this paper constructs the measurement index system of scientific and technological innovation capability of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from the dimensions of innovation resource base,innovation capability support and innovation output performance,and discusses the temporal change trend and spatial difference of its innovation capability.The results show that:1)from the time series trend,the overall innovation ability of Shanghai is the highest,that of Anhui Province and Zhejiang Province is on the rise,and that of Jiangsu Province is on the decline;2)from the perspective of spatial clustering distribution,the innovation ability of urban agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta has a spatial positive correlation,showing a tendency of spatial distribution and agglomeration,and its spatial positive correlation increases year by year.
