基于人工智能的洪水预报调度模型关键技术与应用

摘要 为了满足新形势下防灾减灾的预警预报以及洪水预报的相关要求填补防灾减灾的空白文章以洪水预报调度模型为研究对象在神经网络算法基础上利用遗传算法优化资源配置科学智能地开发流域预测和规划系统并实时采集雨量水位和排水数据及时处理和预测流域内的降雨量水位和排水量等水文气象参数旨在优化防洪规划。 In order to meet the requirements of early warning and flood forecast of disaster prevention and mitigation under the new situation and fill in the gap of disaster prevention and mitigation,this paper takes the flood forecast dispatching model as the research object.Based on neural network algorithm,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the allocation of resources,develop river basin prediction and planning system reasonably,and acquire real-time data of rainfall,water level and drainage,timely process and forecaste in the basin,such as rainfall,water level and displacement hydrometeorological parameters,so as to optimize the flood control planning.
