摘要
根据流域内多预报断面和调节水库对象的上下游关系,采用拓扑概化的方式,结合洪水预报、水库调度及洪水演进模型的结构,通过对拓扑对象的分类及模型参数化配置,并基于模型云计算服务技术,实现流域河系洪水预报调度的一体化及无缝耦合,提高了河系洪水预报调度一体化方案创建和模拟计算的效率。
According to the upstream and downstream relationships between multi prediction river sections and regulating reservoirs in the river basin,an integrated forecasting and dispatching method is proposed to realize the integration and seamless coupling of flood forecasting and dispatching of river systems in the river basin.In the method,the topological generalization method is used,and combined with the structures of flood forecasting,reservoir dispatching and flood evolution model,the classification of topological objects and the parameterized configuration of the models are carried out,and finally the integrated sequential calculation is achieved based on the model cloud computing service technology.The method can improve the efficiency of the establishment and simulation calculation of the integrated scheme of flood forecasting and dispatching of river systems.
