摘要
目的:探究五羊祛风止痛方破壁饮片治疗痛风的临床疗效。方法:选取于廉江市人民医院门诊及住院部确诊的符合纳入、排除标准的急性痛风性关节炎的患者作为研究对象,按患者入院先后顺序,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(五羊祛风止痛方破壁饮片联合西医常规治疗)和对照组(西医常规治疗),每组各60例。观察并分析两组临床疗效,治疗后关节疼痛、肿胀等症状积分、中医证候评分、生化因子水平及安全性评价。结果:治疗组总有效率91.67%(55/60),高于对照组总有效率83.33%(50/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后关节疼痛、关节肿胀等主要症状评分、中医症状评分及生化因子水平均较治疗前降低,且相比于对照组,治疗组降低水平明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:五羊祛风止痛方破壁饮片联合西医常规治疗能有效改善患者的关节疼痛、肿胀等临床症状,减轻患者体内尿酸含量及炎性反应,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wuyang Qufeng Zhitong recipe Broken pieces(五羊祛风止痛方破壁饮片)on gout.Methods:Patients with acute gouty arthritis diagnosed in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Lianjiang People's Hospital who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of admission,they were randomly divided into the treatment group(Wuyang Qufeng Zhitong recipe Broken pieces combined with conventional western medicine treatment)and the control group(conventional western medicine treatment),with 60 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the scores of symptoms such as joint pain and swelling,TCM syndrome scores,biochemical factor levels and safety evaluation after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%(55/60),which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%,50/60),(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of main symptoms such as joint pain,joint swelling,TCM symptom score and biochemical factor levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the treatment group decreased more significantly,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Wuyang Qufeng Zhitong recipe Broken pieces combined with conventional western medicine treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of joint pain and swelling,reduce the content of uric acid and inflammatory reaction in patients,and improve the clinical efficacy.
