摘要
目的:分析镇肝息风汤加减治疗偏头痛的有效性及不良反应发生情况。方法:在弋阳县人民医院接受治疗的偏头痛患者当中抽选72例作为本研究中的观察对象,其入院时间均在2019年3月-2020年3月。应用随机数字表法将上述患者分为两组,对照组患者均接受常规西医治疗(即使用尼莫地平片和盐酸氟桂利嗪片治疗),观察组患者给予西医治疗的同时开展镇肝息风汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发率以及不良反应发生情况,分析两组患者的头痛症状持续时间和头痛发作次数。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率同对照组相比较明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组和对照组患者的头痛症状持续时间、头痛发作次数相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的头痛症状持续时间明显短于对照组,头痛发作次数明显较对照组少(P<0.05);观察患者的不良反应发生率和对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的疾病复发率同对照组相比较明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:镇肝息风汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床疗效显著,不仅可以促进疾病相关症状改善,避免病情反复发作,且不会导致严重不良反应,具有在今后临床中进一步推广实施的价值。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions of modified Zhengan Xifeng decoction(镇肝息风汤)in treating migraine.Methods:A total of 72 migraine patients treated in Yiyang County People’s Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected for the study.The above patients were divided into two groups by numerical randomization.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment(nimodipine tablets and flungalizine hydrochloride tablets),and the observation group received western medicine treatment combined with modified Zhengan Xifeng decoction.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the duration and frequency of headache symptoms of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;Before treatment,the duration of headache symptoms and the number of headache attacks between the observation group and the control group were no statistically significant,P>0.05;After treatment,the duration of headache symptom in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the frequency of headache attack was significantly less than that in the control group,P<0.05;There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group,P>0.05;The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Modified Zhengan Xifeng Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of migraine,it can not only promote the improvement of disease-related symptoms,avoid repeated attacks of the disease,and will not lead to serious adverse reactions,which has the value of further promotion and implementation in the future clinical practice.
