Optimization of ultrasonic roll extrusion process parameters based on NSGAⅡ algorithm

摘要 以提高金属材料的表层性能为目标,以42CrMo钢为研究对象,采用正交试验方法设计了以工件转速、进给速度、静压力以及振幅作为工艺参数的超声滚挤压试验。基于正交试验数据建立了工艺参数和金属材料表面粗糙度、表面残余应力和表面硬度间的多元回归模型,并采用方差分析法验证了模型的可靠性与稳定性。运用非支配排序遗传算法对回归模型进行了双目标和三目标优化,研究了遗传代数对Pareto最优解集的影响,获得了多组最优加工参数组合。结果表明,NSGAⅡ算法可用于获取最优的超声滚挤压工艺参数组合,用来指导实际加工生产。 Taking the improvement of surface properties of metallic materials as the goal, with 42 CrMo steel as the research object, the ultrasonic roll extrusion tests with process parameters of rotation speed, feed rate, static pressure and amplitude of workpiece were designed using orthogonal test method. The multiple regression models between the process parameters and surface roughness, surface residual stress and surface hardness of metal material were established based on orthogonal test data, and the reliability and stability of the model were verified using variance analysis method.The double objectives and three objectives optimization of regression model was carried out by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA Ⅱ), the influence of the genetic algebra on Pareto optimal solution set was studied, and the multiple optimal combinations of process parameters were obtained. The results show that the NSGA Ⅱ algorithm can be used to obtain the optimal combination of ultrasonic roll extrusion process parameters, which can be used to guide the actual process production.
