摘要
介绍联络护士、高级实践护士的概念,对国外联络护士及高级实践护士的核心能力、岗位职能、价值作用和专业发展进行总结,提出将高级实践护士能力结合联络护士角色运用于我国医院重症监护室的必要性和可行性。
This paper introduced the concept of liaison nurse and advanced practice nurse,summarized the core competence,post function,value and professional development of liaison nurse and advanced practice nurse abroad,and expounded the necessity and feasibility of applying the ability of advanced practice nurse combined with liaison nurse role in ICU of Chinese hospitals.
