基于CMOS的花生色选机信号处理模块的设计与研究

摘要 本文针对花生色选机的视觉检测系统,研究如何将高速彩色CMOS图像传感器应用到花生色选机中。在介绍色选机工作原理的基础上,针对现有色选机的弊端,开展了花生色选机的需求分析;设计了以DSP TMS320DM6437为核心处理器、以高速彩色CMOS图像传感器LUPA300为信号接收器件的花生色选机信号处理模块,完成了对DM6437硬件电路、LUPA300驱动电路、供电电路、外围电路等硬件部分的设计与调试;完成了DM6437最小系统,实现了对LUPA300图像的实时采集;阐述了影响花生色选机性能的要素,针对可能存在的问题提出了相对应的解决方案。 Aiming at the visual inspection system of peanut color sorter,this paper studies how to apply high-speed color CMOS image sensor to peanut color sorter.On the basis of introducing the working principle of the color sorter,in view of the disadvantages of the existing color sorter,the demand analysis of the peanut color sorter was carried out;A peanut color sorter signal processing module is designed with DSP TMS320DM6437 as the core processor and high-speed color CMOS image sensor LUPA300 as the signal receiving device.the design and debugging of DM6437 hardware circuit,LUPA300 drive circuit,power supply circuit,peripheral circuit and other hardware parts were completed;the DM6437 minimum system was completed to realize real-time acquisition of LUPA300 images;The factors that affect the performance of peanut color sorter are expounded,and corresponding solutions are proposed for the possible problems.
