摘要
为解决物料颜色分选过程中的图像高速采集与处理问题,采用TMS320F28335为核心处理芯片,以FPGA实现图像数据传输与缓冲,分析并改进图像处理算法,并通过分选执行模块执行分选,设计了基于DSP的色选机分选控制系统。经试验验证,该系统能达到设计的各项性能指标要求,具有很强的实用性。
In order to solve the problem of high-speed image acquisition and processing in material color sorting process, the TMS320F28335 core is applied as a processing chip, the FPGA are used to realize the transmission and buffer of image data, analyzing and improving the image processing algorithms and perform sorting through sorting execution module, thus realize a image processing system based on the material color analysis and sorting of DSP. The test shows that the system is practical which can achieve the requirements of design.
