铒激光治疗儿童薄膜型舌系带过短的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Er:YAG激光治疗儿童薄膜型舌系带过短的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院口腔科收治的薄膜型舌系带过短患儿82例进行回顾性分析,根据接受的治疗方式不同分为手术组(n=35)和激光组(n=47)。手术组患儿接受用传统舌系带延长术治疗,激光组患儿接受铒激光治疗。比较两组患儿手术相关指标、术后伤口情况及恢复情况。结果激光组手术时间为(3.35±0.81)min,较手术组[(5.42±1.05)min]明显缩短,术中出血量为(0.45±0.12)mL,较手术组[(3.88±0.74)mL]明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激光组术后出血、感染、肿胀的发生率为2.13%、0、4.26%,均较手术组(22.86%、8.57%、22.86%)显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但术后3个月的瘢痕发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。激光组术后3个月的简化Hazelbaker舌系带功能评估(HATLFF)量表评分为(5.22±0.79)分,较手术组[(4.60±0.62)分]明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铒激光治疗儿童薄膜型舌系带过短优势明显,不仅能够缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,还能够降低并发症发生,加快患儿术后恢复且不留瘢痕。 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Er:YAG laser treatment on the thin-type ankylogolssia of children.Methods Eighty-two children with thin-type ankylogolssia treated in the Department of Stomatology,affiliated Children's Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics From October 2018 to October 2021were enrolled in this retrospective study.They were divided into operation group(n=35)and laser group(n=47)according to different treatment methods.The children in the operation group were treated with traditional scalpel and the children in the laser group were treated with Er:YAG laser treatment.The operative parameters,postoperative wound and recovery parameters were compared.Results The operation time in the laser group was(3.35±0.81)min,which was obviously shorter than that in the operation group[(5.42±1.05)min],the intraoperative blood loss in the laser group was(0.45±0.12)mL,which was lower than that in the operation group[(3.88±0.74)mL],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of postoperative bleeding,infection and swelling in the laser group were 2.13%,0,and 4.26%,which were significantly lower than those in the surgery group(22.86%,8.57%,22.86%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference on incidence of scar formation 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Three months after operation,the simplified Hazelbaker assessment tool for lingual frenulum function(HATLFF)score in the laser group was(5.22±0.79)scores,which was significantly higher than that in the operation group[(4.60±0.62)scores],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Er:YAG laser treatment has obvious advantages in the treatment of thin-type ankylogolssia of children,which can not only shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss during operation,but also reduce the occurrence of complications,speed up the postoperative recovery of children without scar.
