摘要
目的:探讨钳夹法和V-Y形成术矫正Ⅲ度舌系带过短时术中失血情况。方法:收治Ⅲ度舌系带过短且年龄为3~5岁患儿157例,分别在局麻下采用钳夹法87例和采用V-Y形成术70例,统计患儿术中失血情况。结果:钳夹法术中失血≥4 m L 28例,失血<4 m L 59例;V-Y形成术中失血>4 m L 12例,失血4 m L 58例(P<0.05)。结论:V-Y形成术较钳夹法矫正Ⅲ度舌系带过短术中出血明显减少。
Objective:To investigate the situation of blood loss during the correction of the third degree short lingual frenulum by clamp and V-Y formation.Methods:157 cases of children with the third degree short lingual frenulum and 3~5 years old were selected,in which87 cases were treated with clamp technique,and 70 cases were treated with V-Y under local anesthesia.Results:There were 28 cases of bleeding>4 mL in the clamp method,59 cases of bleeding<4 mL,12 cases of bleeding>4 mL in V-Y formation,58 cases bleeding 4 mL(P<0.05).Conclusion:V-Y formation is significantly less than the clamp method for correcting the bleeding of the third degree short lingual frenulum.
