摘要
福建马坑铁矿中矿段区域矿体受到贯穿逆断层影响,近断层区域岩体稳定性较差,从而导致巷道支护难度大、多次返修等问题。针对该问题,通过采用现场超声波测试,利用波速梯度最大数值作为松动圈范围判别准则,确定该巷道的松动圈范围1.6~1.8 m;结合现场踏勘、岩体质量分级与理论计算结果,提出近断层区域巷道支护方案,即树脂锚杆+金属网+喷射混凝土+钢拱架联合支护方式,树脂锚杆长2.5 m,锚杆间排距均为1.2 m,喷射混凝土厚度为100 mm,采用数值模拟方法进行支护参数优化方案与现场支护方案对比评价并开展现场工业试验,模拟结果及工业试验均表明,优化的支护方案可控制围岩变形,提高围岩自稳能力,具有良好的支护效果。
The regional ore body in the middle section of Makeng iron mine in Fujian province is affected by the through-thrust fault,and the stability of rock mass near the fault area is poor,which leads to the problems of roadway support difficulty and repeated repair.To solve this problem,the maximum value of wave velocity gradient was used as the criterion to determine the range of loose ring by field ultrasonic test,and the range of loose ring was determined from 1.6 m to 1.8 m.Combined with the site survey,rock mass quality classification and theoretical calculation results,the roadway support scheme near fault area is proposed,that is,resin anchor bolts+metal mesh+shotcrete+steel arch combined support mode.The length of resin anchor bolt is 2.5 m,the row spacing between bolts is 1.2 m,and the thickness of shotcrete is 100 mm.The numerical simulation method was used to compare and evaluate the supporting parameter optimization scheme with the on-site support scheme,and the on-site industrial test was carried out.The simulation results and industrial test show that the optimized supporting scheme can control the deformation of surrounding rock,improve the self-stability of surrounding rock,and has good supporting effect.
