摘要
针对云南驰宏锌锗股份有限公司某矿山深部巷道支护成本高、支护难度大的问题,选取喷层厚度、锚杆长度、锚杆间排距和锚杆直径4个巷道支护基本参数进行多因子正交分析。经过分析确定了喷层厚度和锚杆间排距为主要影响因素,并进行单因子模拟结果对比分析,最终确定巷道支护的最优支护参数。实践证明,推荐的锚网喷支护参数具有较高的适应性,能够满足巷道的稳定性和使用要求。
Aiming at the problems of high support cost and large support difficulty in the deep tunnel of one mine region of Yunnan Chihong Zn Ge Co.,Ltd.,four basic support parameters including shotcrete thickness,bolt length,interval and diameter have been selected to make a orthogonal test analysis.Shotcrete thickness and bolt interval are two major impact factors after analysis and then comparable analysis of numerical results has been made in a single impact factor.Finally a optimistic support parameters have been determined.Field practices indicate that recommended basic parameters of bolt-mesh-shotcrete support have agood adaptability and can satisfy the stability of the deep tunnel and its use.
