摘要
以湖北恩施蒲公英全草为原料,研究超声波辅助提取法对蒲公英多糖得率的影响,通过响应面优化获得最佳提取工艺,并对其抗氧化性能进行研究。超声波辅助法最优提取条件为超声时间154 min,超声功率137 W,提取温度82.5℃,料液比1∶22(g∶mL),该条件下多糖的得率为88.62 mg/g。超声波辅助提取法获得的蒲公英多糖对DPPH·清除率为90.53%,对·OH的清除率为66.69%,对O_(2)^(-)·清除率为44.69%。试验中提供的超声波辅助提取蒲公英多糖工艺简单,且具有较好的抗氧化活性,为蒲公英的综合利用开发提供一定理论依据。
Taking procedures of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccharide was studied using whole dandelion grass from Enshi to optimize the best extraction by response surface optimization,and its antioxidant performance was analyzed.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction were ultrasonic time 154 min,ultrasonic power 137 W,extraction temperature 82.5℃and liquid/solid ratio 1∶22(g∶mL),the yield of extracted polysaccharides was 88.62 mg/g.The results of scavenging free radicals showed that the highest DPPH·,·OH and O_(2)^(-)·clearance rate was 90.53%,66.69%,and 44.69%.The process is simple and reasonable.At the same time,good antioxidative activity could be obtained,which provided atheoretical basis for its clinical application.
