摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种呼吸系统中常见病/多发病。胸部CT检查能为COPD患者早期诊断提供参考,客观评估COPD患者肺气肿、气道壁、微血管密度及空气潴留情况,参与预后预测、表型分型和个体化治疗评估。本文就目前CT在COPD患者中的应用进展作一综述。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the respiratory system.Chest computed tomography(CT)examination can provide a reference for the early diagnosis of COPD,and can objectively evaluate COPD emphysema,airway wall thicken,microvascular density and air retention.Meanwhile,chest CT can help prognosis prediction,COPD phenotype and individualized treatment evaluation.This article reviews current research progress of chest CT in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
