摘要
植物多糖具有抗病毒、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血脂、降血糖、免疫调节等生物学活性,且因来源广泛、价格低廉且不良反应小等优点,具有较高的研究开发以及利用潜能,是目前药物研究的热点。该文综述近年来植物多糖对免疫调节方面的作用,以求为免疫治疗药物研制提供新的方向。
Plant polysaccharides have biological activities such as anti-virus,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,hypolipidemic,hypoglycemic,and immune regulation.Its applicable potential is one of the hot topics of current drug research.This article reviews the effects of plant polysaccharides on immune regulation in recent years,in order to provide possible new directions for the development of immunotherapy drugs.
