摘要
高职教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,在科教兴国战略中占有重要地位。高职扩招,高职院校要采用多元化的教学模式,建设学分银行,打造“双师型”教师队伍,以适应学生结构的多元化,满足学习者需求,完成人才培养目标。
Higher vocational education is an important part of the national education system and plays an important role in the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.Under the background of college student enrollment increasing,colleges should adopt diversified teaching modes,build credit banks and build a"double qualified"teaching team,so as to adapt to the diversification of student structure,meet the needs of learners and achieve the goal of talent training.
