摘要
目的:采用数据挖掘的方法分析探讨《中国药典》(2020版一部)收载的治疗咳嗽中成药的用药特点及规律。方法:收集《中国药典》(2020版)中治疗咳嗽中成药的处方信息,建立数据库,运用中医传承计算平台,通过药物间关联规则分析以及聚类分析等方法对涉及中药的频次、性味归经等数据进行挖掘分析。结果:《中国药典》(2020版一部)共收载178种可治疗咳嗽的中成药,包括治疗外感咳嗽(71种)、内伤咳嗽(90种)和混合型咳嗽(17种)的中成药;178种中成药的组方共涉及中药276味,用药频次≥25次的中药有11味,以甘草、桔梗、苦杏仁的频次最高;关联规则分析结果表明,用药频次≥18次的药味组合有26种;聚类分析结果表明核心药味组合有4类。结论:《中国药典》(2020版一部)收载的治疗咳嗽中成药以止咳平喘剂、祛痰剂和解表剂居多;治疗的咳嗽证型以内伤咳嗽最多,外感咳嗽次之,但混合型咳嗽仍不可忽视;核心药味组合可为中医临床辨证治疗咳嗽合理选择中成药提供参考和依据,同时也为新药的研究与开发提供了思路。
Objective:To explore and analyze the characteristics and regularity of Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of cough included in Chinese Pharmacopeia(volume I,2020 edition)by means of data mining.Methods:The prescriptions information of Chinese patent medicine for treating cough in Chinese Pharmacopoeia were collected to establish a database,and the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance calculation platform(V3.0)was used to mine and analyze the data of frequency and tropism of taste of drugs through association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results:There were 178 kinds of Chinese patent medicines for treating cough included in Volume I of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),including 71 kinds for treating exogenous cough,90 kinds for treating internal injury cough and 17 kinds for treating mixed cough.There were total 276 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines involved in the formulation of 178 Chinese patent medicines.There were 11 traditional Chinese medicines with the frequency≥25,and the frequency of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Platycodonis Radix,Armeniacae Semen Amarum was the highest.The results of association rule analysis showed that there were 26 drug combinations with medication frequency≥18.Cluster analysis showed that there were 4 types of core drug combinations.Conclusion:Most of the Chinese patent medicines for treating cough contained in Volume I of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)are mainly used to relieve asthma,expectorant and resolve exterior syndrome,the most common type of cough was internal injury cough,followed by external cough,but mixed cough should not be ignored.The combination of core drugs can not only provide reference and basis for the rational selection of Chinese patent medicine in the clinical dialectical treatment of cough,but also provide ideas for the research and development of new drugs.
