摘要
目的:观察麻杏石甘汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将130例感染后咳嗽的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各65例。治疗组给予麻杏石甘汤、对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊口服。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、治疗7天内咳嗽症状积分情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别是96.92%和90.77%,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组日间积分、夜间积分和咳嗽总积分均是治疗前最高。治疗组日间积分于治疗3天后、夜间积分和咳嗽总积分于治疗1天后开始逐步下降。对照组日间积分、夜间积分和咳嗽总积分均在治疗1天后开始逐步下降。治疗3天后开始,治疗组日间积分、夜间积分和咳嗽总积分情况均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤治疗感染后咳嗽疗效好,且安全性高,值得临床应用。
Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of post--infectious cough （PIC）. Methods： 130 patients with PIC were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 65 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Maxing Shigan decoction, and the control group was given compound Methoxyphenamine capsules. The clinical efficacy, changes of cough scores before the treatment and within 7 days treatment in two groups were compared. Results ： The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.92% and 90.77%, respectively. There was no sig- nificant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） . The diurnal, nocturnal and total cough scores in two groups were the highest before treatment. In the treatment group, the diurnal cough scores were decreased af- ter 3 days treatment, and the nocturnal and total cough scores were decreased after 1 day after treatment. In the control group, the diurnal, nocturnal and total cough scores were decreased from 1 day after treatment. After 3 days treatment, the diurnal, nocturnal and total cough scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Maxing Shigan decoction has a good curative effect and high safety for treating PIC, and is worthy of clinical application.
