摘要
目的:完善肾茶饮片的质量标准。方法:参照2020年版《中国药典》(四部)中规定的方法,对不同产地的10批肾茶饮片进行性状、显微、薄层鉴别(TLC)及水分、灰分、浸出物测定,并采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其迷迭香酸的含量。结果:肾茶饮片各鉴别方法专属性强,初步拟定肾茶饮片的水分、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分的含量分别不得高于15.0%、11.0%、0.6%,水溶性浸出物、迷迭香酸的含量分别不得低于17.0%、0.16%。结论:本实验为完善肾茶饮片的质量标准提供了参考及依据。
Objective To improve the quality standards for decoction pieces ofOrthosiphon stamineus by qualitative and quantitativeresearch.Methods The identification of character,microscopy and TLC,as well as the test of water,total ash,acid insoluble ash and water soluble extracts were performed for 10 batches of Orthosiphon stamineus from different origins according to Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China:Volume Ⅳ,2020 Edition.In addition,the contents of rosmarinic acid in Orthosiphon stamineus was determined by HPLC.Results The identification methods of Orthosiphon stamineusdecoction pieces have strong specificity.The preliminarily proposed contents of water,total ash and acid insoluble ash were no more than 15.0%,11.0%and 0.6%,while the preliminarily proposed contents of water soluble extracts and rosmarinic acid were no less than 17.0% and 0.16%,respectively.Conclusion The established quality standards for decoction pieces of Orthosiphon stamineus can be used for its quality control and evaluation.
