摘要
为提高安徽省物流效率水平,采用数据包络分析方法,构建了以物流业从业人数、固定资产投资增长率、物流里程数为投入指标,物流业生产总值、货运量、货运周转量为产出指标的效率评价模型,对安徽省2019年的物流效率进行了实证研究。结果显示:安徽省物流综合效率均值为0.835,距离物流业有效前沿面存在16.5%的进步空间。分城市看,2019年安徽省物流综合效率为1的地市有7个,物流效率有效的7个地市绩效排名从高到底依次是:淮北>蚌埠>宣城>六安>合肥>阜阳>铜陵;规模效率无效是物流效率失效的主要原因,纯技术效率无效是次要原因。基于结论从物流业生产规模、技术创新、资源配置三方面提出对策建议。
In order to improve the level of logistics efficiency in Anhui Province,using the data envelopment analysis method,this paper constructs an efficiency evaluation model with the number of employees in the logistics industry,the growth rate of fixed asset investment and logistics mileage as input indicators and the GDP,freight volume and freight turnover of the logistics industry as output indicators,and makes an empirical study on the logistics efficiency of Anhui Province in 2019.The results show that the average comprehensive efficiency of logistics in Anhui Province is 0.835,and there is 16.5%room for progress from the effective frontier of logistics industry.In terms of cities,in 2019,there were 7 prefectures and cities with comprehensive logistics efficiency of 1 in Anhui Province,and the performance ranking of the 7 prefectures and cities with effective logistics efficiency from high to low is:Huaibei>Bengbu>Xuancheng>Lu'an>Hefei>Fuyang>Tongling;The ineffective scale efficiency is the main reason for the failure of logistics efficiency,and the ineffective pure technical efficiency is the secondary reason.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:production scale,technological innovation and resource allocation of logistics industry.
