保妇康栓联合瑞贝生对宫颈高危型HPV感染患者细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Baofukang suppository combined with Ruibeisheng on the cellular immune function of patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection

摘要 目的探讨保妇康栓联合瑞贝生对宫颈高危型HPV感染患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月就诊的宫颈高危型HPV感染患者70例,随机分为对照组和联合组,每组35例。对照组给予保妇康栓治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予瑞贝生治疗。疗程均为6周。比较2组T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))、辅助性T细胞1/辅助性T细胞2(Th1/Th2)、Th1/Th2细胞因子[γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素4(IL-4)]、Th1/Th2转录因子(T-bet、Gata-3)、Th17/调节性T细胞(Treg)、Th17/Treg细胞因子[IL-17、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)]、Th17/Treg转录因子(RORγt、Foxp3)。结果治疗前2组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、Th1、Th2、Th1/Th2、IFN-γ、IL-4、Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg、IL-17、TGF-β及T-bet、Gata-3、RORγt、Foxp3 mRNA表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、Th1、Th1/Th2、IFN-γ及T-bet mRNA表达均显著高于治疗前,CD_(8)^(+)、Th2、IL-4、Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg、IL-17、TGF-β及Gata-3、RORγt、Foxp3 mRNA表达均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后以上指标变化更明显(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合瑞贝生治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染能够改善患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,纠正Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg细胞失衡,提高细胞免疫功能。 Objective To investigate the effects of Baofukang suppository combined with Ruibeisheng on the cellular immune function of patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection.Methods A total of 70 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and combination treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by Baofukang suppository,however,those in combination treatment group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Ruibeisheng,with a treatment course of 6 weeks for both groups.After treatment,the T cell subsets(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)),Th1/Th2,Th1/Th2 related cytokines(IFN-γand IL-4)and transcription factors(T-bet and Gata-3),Th17/Treg,Th17/Treg related cytokines(IL-17 and TGF-β)as well as transcription factors(RORγt and Foxp3)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treating,there were no significant differences in the levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+),Th1,Th2,Th1/Th2,IFN-γ,IL-4,Th17,Treg,Th17/Treg,IL-17,TGF-βand the expression of T-bet,Gata-3,RORγt and Foxp3 mRNA between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+),Th1,Th1/Th2,IFN-γand the expression levels of T-bet mRNA in both groups were significantly increased,however,the levels of CD_(8)^(+),Th2,IL-4,Th17,Treg,Th17/Treg,IL-17,TGF-βand the expression levels of Gata-3,RORγt and Foxp3 mRNA were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Moreover the changes of above indexes in combination treatment group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with Ruibeisheng in treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection can significantly improve T cell subsets,correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg,thereby improving the cellular immune function of patients.
