摘要
目的:利用高效液相色谱构建同时对蔬菜中所残留的氯氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、噻虫嗪以及吡虫啉4种农药进行测定的方法。方法:以乙腈为提取剂,净化后使用体积比为1∶19的甲醇+二氯甲烷混合液进行洗脱,利用高效液相色谱仪进行测定。结果:氯氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、噻虫嗪、吡虫啉在0.02~0.30 mg·mL^(-1)的质量浓度区间内呈现出线性相关关系,相关系数为0.9995~0.9999,其对应的检出限为0.05 mg·kg^(-1)、0.05 mg·kg^(-1)、0.05 mg·kg^(-1)、0.05 mg·kg^(-1)。结论:方法相对较为简便快捷,且精准度较高,具有很强的实用性,能够满足日常检测蔬菜中农药残留的需求。
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four pesticides,cypermethrin,bifenthrin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid in vegetables,by using high performance liquid chromatography.Method:Acetonitrile was used as the extracting solution,and after purification,the mixture of methanol and dichloromethane with a volume ratio of 1:19 was used for elution,and the determination was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography.Result:Cypermethrin,bifenthrin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid showed a linear correlation in 0.02~0.30 mg·mL^(-1)certain mass concentration range,the correlation coefficient was 0.9995~0.9999,and the corresponding detection limits were 0.05 mg·kg^(-1),0.05 mg·kg^(-1),0.05 mg·kg^(-1),0.05 mg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:The method is relatively simple,fast,and has high accuracy and strong practicability,it can meet the needs of daily detection of pesticide residues in vegetables.
