摘要
目的系统描述和分析影响我国癌症人群重返工作岗位的现状及影响因素。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、MEDLINE等数据库中有关影响我国癌症患者重返工作因素的相关文献。根据文献纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选、质量评价和资料提取,采用定性分析的方法归纳总结研究结果。结果纳入18项研究,归纳出影响我国癌症患者重返工作岗位的5类影响因素,即社会人口学因素、疾病与治疗相关因素、工作相关因素、心理因素、环境因素。结论我国癌症患者重返工作岗位现状不容乐观,涉及的影响因素众多,部分因素的作用存在不同的评价,未来仍需进一步的研究和探讨。
Objective To systematically describe and analyze the status quo of cancer survivors’returning to work(RTW)and its influencing factors in China.Methods Literature related to the incidence of Chinese cancer survivors’RTW and influencing factors were searched in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,MEDLINE by computer.Literature screening,quality evaluation and data extraction were carried out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the results were summarized by qualitative synthesis.Results A total of 18 studies were included and 5 influencing factors were extracted,namely socio-demographic factors,disease-related and treatment-related factors,work-related factors,psychological factors and environmental factors.Conclusions The status quo of cancer survivors’RTW in China is not optimistic.There are many influencing factors involved,and evaluations of some of the factors are different.Further research and discussion are still needed in the future.
