1.5T磁共振磁敏感成像在脑出血性病变中的诊断效果分析

摘要 目的:对脑出血性病变患者实施1.5T磁共振磁敏感成像,分析出血灶、微出血灶、出血面积、病因检出情况、出血量、图像特征。方法:选取2021年5月1日-2022年4月1日曲靖市马龙区人民医院200例脑出血性病变患者,根据诊断情况分为两组。研究组采用1.5T磁共振磁敏感成像(SWI),对照组采用常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR序列扫描,对上述治疗价值进行比较。结果:研究组出血量、出血面积、微出血灶及出血灶均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。较常规MRI相比,SWI下出血灶边界更清晰、成像更清楚。结论:1.5T磁共振磁敏感成像可行性较高,对疾病检出具有积极意义,可以科学指导后续治疗,具有较高的推广及应用价值。 Objective:To perform 1.5T magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging in patients with cerebral hemorrhage lesions,and analyze the bleeding focus,microbleeding focus,bleeding area,etiology detection,bleeding volume and image characteristics.Methods:A total of 200 patients with cerebral hemorrhage lesions in Malone District People's Hospital of Qujing City from May 1,2021 to April 1,2022 were selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to their diagnosis.The study group received 1.5T magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)and the control group received routine T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR sequence scanning.The value of the above treatments was compared.Results:The bleeding volume,bleeding area,bleeding focus and microbleeding focus in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with conventional MRI,the bleeding focus boundary and imaging were clearer under SWI.Conclusion:1.5T magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging has a high feasibility and a positive significance for disease detection,it can scientifically guide the follow-up treatment,and has a high promotion and application value.
