摘要
目的:研究白内障超声乳化手术患者行手术室护理的临床价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月广州市中西医结合医院收治的100例白内障患者,均行超声乳化手术,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础给予手术室护理干预,比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分、生活质量、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:护理前,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组躯体功能、社会活动、生命活力、物质生活生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理能减轻白内障超声乳化手术患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,稳定病情,提高生活质量,患者满意度高,术后并发症少,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical value of operating room nursing for patients with cataract phacoemulsification.Methods:A total of 100 cataract patients admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and West Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected,all patients underwent phacoemulsification and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was given operating room nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,social activities,vitality,and material life quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing can reduce depression and anxiety in patients with cataract phacoemulsification,stabilize the condition,improve the quality of life,achieve high patient satisfaction,and induce fewer postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
