摘要
新时代的发展对海员劳动教育提出了再审视要求。劳动教育可以帮助学生树立正确的海员职业劳动价值观,促进人的全面发展,培养更多的未来航海家,以积极回应新时代使命。为此,海员劳动教育的开展要坚持知行合一的总体原则,做到以劳动价值观塑造为根本、坚持教育与实践相统一、构建劳动教育协同形态,从全方位系统开展劳动理论教育、以文化人培育海员劳动情感、在实践中实现劳动教育升华的实践进路一体化系统推进。
The development of the new era puts forward re examination requirements for seafarer labor education.Labor education can help students establish correct seafarer professional labor values,promote people’s all-round development,and cultivate more future navigators to actively respond to the mission of the new era.Therefore,the development of seafarer’s labor education should adhere to the general principle of the unity of knowledge and practice,take the shaping of labor values as the foundation,adhere to the unity of education and practice,construct the collaborative form of labor education,and systematically promote the practical approach of comprehensively and systematically carrying out labor theory education,cultivating seafarer’s labor emotion with cultural people,and realizing the sublimation of labor education in practice.
