摘要
目的基于子午流注理论温阳贴敷治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性支气管炎(CB)缓解期的临床疗效。方法将100例脾肾阳虚型CB缓解期患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组50例予常规康复干预,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上予温阳贴敷治疗。2组均1年为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。比较2组中医证候评分变化;比较2组治疗前后中性粒细胞绝对值、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化;比较2组治疗前后肺功能指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率92.0%(46/50),对照组总有效率60.0%(30/50),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、喘息评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中性粒细胞绝对值、CRP均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规康复干预联合温阳贴敷治疗脾肾阳虚型CB缓解期,能减轻气道炎性反应,改善肺功能,提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Paste for chronic bronchitis(CB)alleviation(spleen-kidney yang deficiency)based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory.Methods Totally 100 CB alleviation patients(spleen-kidney yang deficiency)were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=50)and the control group(n=50),apart from routine rehabilitation intervention,and the treatment group received Wenyang Paste based on control group.The treatment continued for 3 course(1 course for 1 year),the aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,neutrophils,C reactive protein(CRP),pulmonary function index.Results The overall effective rate was higher in the treatment group(92.0%[46/50])compared with the control group(60.0%[30/50]),(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,wheezing in groups were decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group was more common(P<0.05);neutrophils and CRP in groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more prevalent(P<0.05).Conclusion For CB alleviation patients(spleen-kidney yang deficiency),routine rehabilitation intervention combined with Wenyang Paste can improve the immunity,reduce airway inflammation,improve lung function,and thus improve the quality-of-life.
