摘要
目的观察穴位埋线治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月期间我院收治的慢性支气管炎100例患者作为研究对象,不分时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=50)仅仅实施三伏敷贴进行治疗,观察组(n=50)则在此基础上加用穴位埋线进行治疗。结果治疗后,近期疗效情况观察组高于对照组,远期疗效,两组治疗后1年的急性发病次数均减少,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线治疗法在慢性支气管炎患者中的疗效较为理想,值得临床推广并应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of catgut embedding therapy on patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods 100 patients with chronic bronchitis from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group had 50 cases. The control group applied Dog Days stickers for treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group received additionally catgut embedding therapy. Results After treatment, the recent effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. From long-term effect, the acute onset time of the two groups reduced one year later, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of catgut embedding therapy on patients with chronic bronchitis was satisfying, and was worthy of promotion and application.
