摘要
为了研究不同浓度萘乙酸对草莓穴盘扦插育苗的影响,设置0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 mg/L等5个浓度梯度浸蘸插穗,测定萘乙酸不同浓度处理对草莓苗扦插生根及植株生长的影响,并利用隶属函数法对各处理进行综合性评价。结果表明,0.2 mg/L萘乙酸处理有利于提高草莓苗扦插生根率,促进植株根、茎、叶生长及干物质积累,有效提高壮苗指数。萘乙酸处理浓度与壮苗指数回归分析表明,萘乙酸浓度为0.234570 mg/L时壮苗指数达理论最大值。
In order to study the effects of different concentrations of NAA on strawberry plug cutting seedling,five concentration gradients(0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 mg/L)were set to dip the cuttings,the effects of NAA on cutting rooting and plant growth of strawberry seedlings were measured,and the membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate each treatment.The results showed that 0.2 mg/L NAA treatment was beneficial to improving the rooting rate of strawberry cuttings,promoting the growth of roots,stems and leaves and the accumulation of dry matter,and effectively improving the strong seedling index.Regression analysis between NAA treatment concentration and strong seedling index showed that the strong seedling index reached the theoretical maximum when NAA concentration was 0.234570 mg/L.
