摘要
介绍了四溴双酚A行业废水的概况及处理技术,结合四溴双酚A废水的处理现状对我厂的废水处理工艺进行分类对比,指出了针对此类高浓度且难降解的有机废水需要选用组合工艺优化生产,并对该工艺进行了流程描述。所选工艺方法具有操作简单、设备设施占地面积小、运行成本低、便于日常维护等优点。实现了经济效益最大化、环境效益最大化的统一,从真正意义上解决实际工业废水的处理问题。
The general situation and treatment technology of wastewater in tetrabromobisphenol A industry are introduced.Combined with the characteristics of tetrabromobisphenol A wastewater,the existing wastewater treatment technologies are classified and compared.It is pointed out that the combined process should be selected to optimize the production for the treatment of this kind of high concentration refractory organic wastewater,and the process is described.The selected process has the advantages of small floor area,stable operation,energy saving and less maintenance.Truly achieve the unity of economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits.It also solves the practical problem of industrial wastewater treatment in a real sense.
