摘要
采用光Fenton试剂法对含弱凝胶油田污水进行氧化降解处理,探讨了初始pH值、H2O2浓度、FeSO4·7H2O浓度、反应温度、反应时间、紫外光、草酸盐和氧气对污水CODCr去除率的影响。结果表明,当体系pH值为3、H2O2浓度1500mg/L、FeSO4·7H2O浓度900mg/L、反应温度30-40℃、反应时间90min时,CODCr去除率最高,达95%以上。同时引入紫外光、草酸盐和氧气可起到协同效应,提高反应效率,降低Fenton试剂用量,该法处理后的污水完全能满足油田污水的排放要求。
The oxidative treatment of oilfield sewage containing weak gel by photo - Fenton reagent technique was investigated.The effects of initial pH value, H2O2 concentration, FeSO4 · 7H2O concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, ultraviolet light, oxalate, and O2 on CODCr removal rate were evaluated. The results showed that CODCr removal rate was the highest and reach above 95% under pH 3,H2O2l 500mg/L,FeSO4·7H2O 900 mg/L,reaction temperature 30-40℃, and reaction time 2 h. The reaction efficiency was enhanced and the amount of agents was reduced when ultraviolet light,oxalate and O2 joined.The oilfield sewage treated by this way met the discharging demands of oilfield sewage.
