摘要
分析城市用地的城市化演变趋势,能够为优化城市国土空间结构、加强空间治理和规划提供科学依据。基于分辨率为30 m的2000—2020年三期南京市土地利用覆被数据,利用涨落势图谱、转移矩阵等方法,选用土地利用动态度、土地利用扩展综合指数等指标,分析南京市土地利用的数量和空间格局变化。2000—2020年南京市耕地面积持续减少,主要转为人造地表。耕地转为人造地表的区域在全市范围内分布广,人造地表从中心城区向城郊呈现“由多到少”的扩张形态。南京市土地利用的变化反映了城市的大规模扩张进程的发展。未来南京市土地利用城市化发展需要更加注重生态文明建设,以控制城镇的扩张,实现城市的可持续协调发展。
Analyzing the evolution trend of urban land use can provide scientific basis for optimizing the spatial structure of urban territory,and strengthening spatial governance and planning.Based on three periods of land use and cover data of Nanjing from 2000 to 2020 with a resolution of 30 m,the changes of land use quantity and spatial pattern in Nanjing were analyzed with the methods of fluctuation potential map,transfer matrix,etc.according to the indexes,such as land use dynamics and land use expansion comprehensive index,and so on.From 2000 to 2020,the cultivated land area in Nanjing continued to decrease,and was mainly converted to artificial land surface.The area of artificial land surface increased greatly,and cultivated land was the main source for the increase.The area of cultivated land converted to artificial land surface is widely distributed in the city,and the artificial land surface shows a“more to less”expansion form from the central city to the suburbs.The change of land use in Nanjing reflects the process of large-scale urban expansion.In the future,the development of land use urbanization in Nanjing needs to pay more attention to the construction of ecological civilization,so as to control the urban expansion and to realize the sustainable and coordinated development of the city.
