摘要
本文针对以往规划中人口规模在总规与控规之间传导不畅的问题,在研究中融入手机信令数据,首创大数据分解与比面积分解相结合的人口分解传导模型,将总规人口分解至控规片区单元,进而控制控规人口规模。该模型一方面保证了总规的宏观引领性,将总规规划意图向下传导;另一方面又结合城镇发展阶段、人口分布等现状因素进行底线控制,改善以往“自上而下”长官式分解方法的片面性,形成“上下贯穿”的人口分解传导方法,为总规向下分解传导提供了方法,使国土空间总规与控规人口规模衔接、传导和控制有更科学的技术支撑,对其他城市国土空间规划人口分解传导具有借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problem of poor transmission of population size in the general planning and control planning in the past,this paper integrates mobile phone signaling data,and first creates a population decomposition transmission model combined with big data decomposition and specific area decomposition,which decomposes the general population into the control planning area unit,and then controls the population size of the control planning.On the one hand,this model ensures the macro guidance of general planning and transmits the intention of general planning downward.On the other hand,it introduces the degree of urban development,population distribution status and other current factors to control the bottom line,improves the one-sidedness of the previous"top-down"official decomposition method,and forms the"up and down"population decomposition transmission method,it accumulates model method for down-decomposition conduction of master plan in next stage.It makes the connection,transmission and control of the overall planning of land space and the population size of the detailed control plan have more scientific technical support,and has reference significance for other urban land space planning.
